We practice our climbing, crew, cross country, kayaking, swimming and diving, and track and field activities alongside students from St. Albans.
Our Seventh through Twelfth Grade Athletics Program helps you incrementally to gain:

We also offer yoga, Pilates, and fitness classes.
You can try different physical activities and change what you do over time, depending on what your preferences are. We want you to find the sports and the activities that you enjoy. No matter what your skill level is, you will feel right at home here.
You will learn appropriate risk-taking, you will grow your courage and your confidence, you will develop your sense of resilience, and you will find your fellow NCS Eagles teammates and friends.

*Please note that families participating in athletics events at the Athletic Center must park on the Cathedral grounds. Please do not park on neighborhood streets adjacent to the Athletic Center. NCS strongly recommends parking at the Cathedral garage as a safe and convenient place to leave your car. If you park on the road that runs directly past the Athletic Center up to Beauvoir School, your car may be ticketed by the police.
