We believe this moment calls our school to preserve exemplary academic preparation that remains relevant and responsive.

In doing so, we consciously center our rich and layered curriculum on our enduring respect for the power of young women who do hard things, rise to real challenges, and passionately pursue their emerging interests into our evolving world. This work will lead us to even greater joy in discovery, creativity, and mastery.

We will build an academic program to believe in by:

  1. Embracing opportunity in our curriculum and programming
  2. Leveraging our Teaching and Learning Center more fully
  3. Reexamining our approach to assessment
  4. Articulating how student advising evolves developmentally over an NCS journey
