The College Guidance Team Provides:
Direct support and expertise
 | Three experienced College Guidance counselors each advise only 25 - 28 students per year. They are 12-month employees, working year-round to know students well and to support them fully. Outside of their College Guidance roles, they serve as Upper School advisors, teachers, and administrators to ensure that they are integrated fully into the life of NCS and see different sides of every student. |
A comprehensive four-year program
 | Throughout Upper School, students follow a College Guidance curriculum that encourages you to explore new courses, activities, and friendships in the early years. In the later years, as you hone in on interests and strengths, you will work one-on-one with a counselor who will provide advice and cheer you on during your search and application processes. |
Family partnership
 | Throughout the Upper School years, NCS parents and guardians have many virtual and in-person opportunities to learn about the NCS college guidance process. They learn about NCS College Guidance programming and events throughout the year. |
