NCS faculty members are accomplished and passionate scholars.

In addition to being experts in their fields, they are deeply knowledgeable about how girls learn best. Their goal is to both deliver the curriculum at its highest level and to know each student well, making our classrooms exciting places where big ideas are explored and curiosity is fostered. Our educators build bonds with students that last from the hallways of Hearst Hall to college and beyond.

Please note: Current NCS families seeking contact information for our faculty and staff should log into MyNCS.

“My teachers are my favorite part of being a student at NCS; they have a deep understanding of their subjects and are always available to help, whether it's after school or during lunch. They care deeply about my academic success and personal well-being, making NCS a more supportive and nurturing place.” -Upper School student

“My favorite part of NCS is the connections we build with teachers. Due to the smaller classes, I feel that we can really engage one on one with them and they always find a way to help if it’s needed. Even if I just want to chat, so many teachers are there that I feel comfortable with to talk to. I’m never worried to reach out to them for help or scared to answer a question in class. The environment is so welcoming and that’s a big reason why the community thrives.” -Upper School student

“My teachers have not only nurtured my love for my favorite subjects, but have been figures I both look up to and feel close to. I think one of the most important parts of school is having teachers that make a difference in your life; oftentimes, these teachers are what lead you to finding your passions for the future.” -Upper School student
